This is exactly how I felt for a long time until I spoke with my psychyatrist. I feel much very better now. Rember there are people out there that love you!
It's a bit complicated when these voices belongs to these people who loves me, I should tell them when they say or do something that hurt. But yeah, when I remember that they are here for me, I can go on.
Sometimes meditation can help to silence the anxiety inside. That or another physical activity that incorporates practices similar to meditation, I'm rather partial to practicing martial arts when it gets too loud in my head.
Unfortunately, it's not always that easy to get some time for meditation, especially lately. Work, noise, family, friends, and so on, kindness and bothers altogether can get on my nerves. I should try and do some physical stuff from time to time.
